Project-D: day 2

Customer Relationship Management
CRM is a process to create, maintain, and enhance strong, value-laden associations with people and organizations that buy products. CRM moves beyond creating short-term transactions to build long-term relationships with valued cutomers, distributors, and dealer.

Financial benefits
build value and satisfaction by adding financial benefits.I.e. frequent flyer programs, hotel upgrades.

Social benefits
build allegiance by increasing social bonds with customers by learning individual needs and then personalizing service.

Structural ties
Add value by creating extra support services that make it easier to buy from one company than from another.
