It took me almost 1 year and plus months to finally understand 1 of the true essence of leadership.
True Leaders make good use of whatever resources that comes, look beyond the potential of that limited resource and empower those resources to greater heights than what the resource could be. They seek not for excuse but a solution to resolve all things in hand.
well, not too late to comprehend now, but wish that the timing would have been earlier
What are you waiting for? Pull all your resources and gather all that you can get. It only takes all you've got right now as you said.
